Peter Clune shared thisMany years down the road when you reflect back on your career, you won’t remember every single fiscal year. You will look back and you will be able to clearly remember 2-3 very special business “RUNS” that stand out from the rest. These “RUNS” last several years and occur when your results are super elevated and you achieve great accomplishments with really special people that you care about. To every Lockton producer and Lockton associate that was apart of the really special RUN over the past several years at Lockton, you will always have a special place in my heart. I could not be more proud of what each of YOU accomplished during this RUN! The unprecedented growth, your client wins, the pursuit of amazing talent, the financial results you delivered, the caring culture you created and the resilience and compassion shown by each of you during Covid, all combined for an amazing RUN that would make Jack Lockton very proud. I will be your biggest cheerleader as you continue this amazing RUN in the future. May God bless every one of my Lockton teammates, every client, every tough competitor and every insurance carrier executive that I interacted with on this RUN. I tip my cap to each of you! Keep in touch and I hope our paths cross somewhere down the road on another special RUN!!! “Be curious, not judgmental!” -Ted Lasso

Peter Clune shared thisIt was so much fun visiting Lockton offices in Sacramento, San Francisco, LA and San Diego this week. Coming together in the West is exciting. Tate McCoy and Julie Marcello shared stories about their personal and professional lives and we loved meeting and listening to the incredible people we met at each office we visited. (Special congrats to the San Fran softball team for winning their first game of the season this week. I love the grit!!!)

Peter Clune shared thisI spent the past week visiting Lockton clients, partners and associates in our Colombia, Peru and Argentina offices. Momentum is a powerful force in business! Our team in Latin America is incredible!

Peter Clune shared thisAt our recent Global Growth Forum, Lockton leaders from around the world came together to celebrate our caring culture, growth and success – and ensure it perpetuates into the future. We heard from inspiring leaders like Gary Vee, Evan Greenberg, and Jason Sudeikis, aka Ted Lasso himself! Each commented on how impressed they were with our remarkable momentum and our enduring caring culture. This year marks 20 years since Jack Lockton passed away. I can’t help but think about Jack and how his vision set the foundation for what we’ve become today. Lockton #Locktonlife

Peter Clune shared thisIt was really special to spend time with our teams from Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong and Greater China last week. Spending time with our people and clients around the globe is the favorite part of my job. Ron Lockton said it best when he told our teams how proud his father would be if he were still alive to witness Lockton’s success across Asia. “My father would be most proud of the caring culture and that “empowered people serving clients” is still the foundation of our success.”

Peter Clune liked thisPeter Clune liked thisTell us about yourself. Who are you? It sounds like one of the simplest questions in the world, yet for many people, it's one of the hardest to answer. Ask someone who they are and you'll often hear: "I'm a CEO." "I'm a parent." "I'm a doctor." "I'm an entrepreneur." But those are roles. They're not who you are. Napoleon Hill believed that people without a definite purpose tend to drift through life, allowing circumstances to shape their future. Earl Nightingale made a similar observation: most people spend more time reacting to life than consciously creating it. Perhaps that's because very few of us are ever taught to answer a deeper question: Who are you when every title, achievement and possession is taken away? Your identity isn't your job. It isn't your income. It isn't your successes or failures. It's the beliefs you choose, the values you live by, the standards you refuse to compromise, and the person you decide to become. The quality of your life will rarely exceed the clarity of your identity. So today, ask yourself one simple question: Who are you... really? Not what you do. Not what you own. Not what others expect you to be. If you're unsure, I've got an answer that might change the way you see yourself forever...

Peter Clune liked thisPeter Clune liked thisA few weeks ago, we had the privilege of hosting many of our valued investors for the inaugural Real Assets Annual General Meeting in New York. Our Real Estate and Data Infrastructure colleagues joined forces to deliver a compelling presentation on market dynamics, portfolio performance, and future capital deployment. To help bring the data center story to life, we used an AI-generated video to visualize how a modern data center works – from power and cooling to interconnection and the workloads running on top. Thank you to our investors for joining us, and to the GI Partners Real Estate and Data Infrastructure teams for an exceptional event.

Peter Clune liked thisPeter Clune liked thisIt is with profound sadness that I share the passing of our friend and former colleague, Cheryl Jennings, who lost a long and courageous battle with cancer this past weekend. Cheryl served as the Property & Casualty Practice Leader for Lockton Southeast from 2017–2020 and was a strong, visionary leader who embodied integrity, professionalism, and care for others. She was a highly valued partner and a friend to me. She left a lasting impact on our organization and on the many people she mentored, helping shape leaders who continue her legacy today. She exemplified and lived Lockton’s cultural values every day. One true measure of leadership is leaving a place better than you found it, and Cheryl did exactly that. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. Our thoughts are with her husband, Rusty, and her family during this difficult time.

Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau, Inc.

Users of the Delaware Insurance Plan Manager (DIPM) will notice several interface display improvements implemented on February 9, 2026. These updates do not change application functionality. Instead, they improve how premium calculation information is displayed, aligning the screen layout more closely with the premium calculation logic and making it easier for agents and employers to follow how premiums are developed during the application process. Updates include clearer presentation of the minimum premium, improved placement of non-ratable premium and premium discount fields, the addition of sub-totals, and a new Admiralty class display field when applicable. These improvements reflect DCRB’s continued commitment to clarity, usability, and transparency in residual market operations. For assistance, contact the DIPM support team at dipm@dcrb.com. Next Level Chiro Cares
Insurance AI doesn't read your demand letter. It scores it. And the math is brutal. Colossus and ClaimIQ flag every treatment gap as evidence the injury wasn't severe. 14 days missed = "low severity." 47 days = "negligible." By the time your demand hits the adjuster's desk, the AI has already subtracted what the gap erased. Most attorneys think this happens because of weak medical records or bad doctors. It doesn't. It happens because nobody is closing the loop between the appointment and the documentation. That's the gap. And every stalled case has one. What works: → A coordinator who calls every patient within 2 hours of referral → Transportation that removes the "couldn't get there" excuse → Reports that show up before the adjuster moves on → A network dense enough that no client is more than 15 minutes from a clinic We built that. 19 independent Houston clinics. One coordination network. Not a Medical Management Company. No referral fees to attorneys. Compliant with Texas barratry and AKS safe harbor. If you have a stalled case right now, send it. We'll show you what closing the gap actually looks like. → 346-500-6009 (Office) → admin@nextlevelchirocares.com → https://lnkd.in/g7Yee2iE Save this for the next case that goes quiet. #houstonattorneys #personalinjuryattorney #houstonlawyer #pilaw #texasattorney

Many insurance professionals build strong portfolios, large books of business, impressive premium numbers. But growth without right protection is exposed growth. ❌Churn. ❌ Disengagement. ❌ Missed renewals. ❌ Operational inefficiencies. In insurance, it isn’t enough to accumulate. You must also safeguard (like you tell your customers, you need safeguards too) Remember, the strongest systems don’t just grow revenue — they protect it from unforeseen and the evolving future. We at IMT Care can help you with a new-age technology backed system that caters to changing needs of the market. _ _ _ _ #Insurance #insurers #InsuranceDistribution #Retention #InsuranceTech #Bancassurance

Most insurance back-office teams live in a false trade-off: Grow productivity or protect compliance. Rarely both. One Fortune 1000 Life & LTC carrier proved that assumption wrong, improving output and audit scores at the same time with #worxogo Nudge Coach. The shift wasn’t more pressure. It was smarter visibility into behavior. Your insurance policy is only as valuable as the claim you file. After a hurricane tears through your property, the difference between full recovery and partial reimbursement often comes down to documentation and strategy. Most policyholders unknowingly undervalue their losses—missing damage categories, misunderstanding coverage limits, or failing to present evidence effectively to adjusters. If you're facing hurricane damage in the Houston area, don't navigate this alone. Understanding what's actually covered, how to photograph and itemize losses, and when to push back on initial settlement offers can mean tens of thousands in additional recovery. Your next step: review your policy details and document everything before meeting with an adjuster. #claimdenial #homeownersinsurance #stormrecovery #insurancedispute #damageassessment

Goliath Sales Strategies

Microskills that elevate your outreach Enterprise deals do not stall on price. They stall when trust is not built early. For insurance and benefits teams selling into the broker community, three relational habits drive better outcomes: Empathy-led discovery Ask questions that help brokers surface risk, pressure, and employer needs. Understanding earns advocacy. Personalization that matters Tie your message to the broker’s strategy, book of business, and how they win with clients. This is what gets replies. Strong post-meeting recaps Clear follow-ups align stakeholders and keep complex deals moving. Individually, these habits help. Together, they compound. Goliath Sales helps teams operationalize relationship-first selling through refined messaging, smarter outreach, and fractional leadership. higher response rates, stronger broker adoption, faster deal velocity. If your outreach is heavy on volume and light on trust, it may be time to reset. Follow Goliath Sales for practical insights on building relationship-driven pipeline, or start a conversation to see what fractional leadership could unlock.
