Thank God you took after your mother !! You are an incredible young lady that I have had the privilege to watch grow up over the years into the person you are today. The world needs more like you, what you have accomplished so far in life is nothing compared to what you will do going forward.

I previously served as Vice President. I am still the proud Pro Bono chair. A million thanks to Amy Scott Gilchrist for her leadership as President for the past year. The goal for this year: grow the membership with great programming and give back to our law students and community through pro bono work.

Very cool to see so many HR professionals from across the state of Ohio come together to learn, grow, and challenge one another. A big thank you to everyone who joined our session and gave Joi and I the opportunity to collaborate, share perspectives, and dive into the next generation of talent that is already playing such a crucial role in today’s workforce and will help shape tomorrow’s success. As members of this generation ourselves, it was especially meaningful to see the work and commitment we bring to our own workplace open the door for us to take that perspective to a bigger stage and contribute to the conversation across Ohio. Grateful for the trust, proud of the work that got us here, and excited to keep building on it.Robert Klonk liked thisAs someone who always remembers to take a pic I’m embarrassed to admit I totally forgot to. Jaret and I got the opportunity to give a lot of HR professionals a second set of eyes on what GenZ looks like in the workplace and we loved all the banter, conversation and connections. And… best of all we didn’t have to talk about AI, not even once. We gave the raw facts about a multigenerational workforce and how to build a place everyone wants to be apart of. This was epic. Robert Klonk liked thisLast Saturday, Stella Maris Cleveland, Empower Sports, and #Velosano each had their flagship events: Velosano's Bike to Cure, Empower’s Run Through The Zoo, and Stella Fest - back-to-back-to-back. Needless to say it was a long day....full of activity. It reminded me how lucky we are to have organizations like these in our community and how grateful I am to have friends, family, colleagues, and a company that steps up to support these nonprofits each year. Congratulations to Empower for another successful run, Stella for raising over $150,000, and Velosano for once again raising millions for cancer research (Team Oswald raised over $30,000!). A quick watch, but an important topic as organizations move from experimenting with agents to actually governing and operationalizing them.Robert Klonk liked thisInteresting conversation at Dreamforce with Michelle Gaertner (Salesforce) on something most agentic AI projects overlook...tokenomics. Every agent action is a metered event — a token call, an LLM invocation, a hit against a SaaS platform. Multiply that across an enterprise deploying agents at scale, and "tokenomics" stops being a technical footnote and becomes a board-level cost question. Michelle and I dig into what that actually requires: routing to the most efficient LLMs for the job, understanding what it costs every time an agent calls a platform, and writing that accountability into contracts so cost and performance don't quietly get out of hand. This is the unglamorous but essential layer under every agentic AI rollout — Together makes progress means Deloitte and Salesforce helping clients build agents that perform and deliver value.
