This role helps ensure the production team works safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards while meeting expectations for quality, productivity, labor, and overall shift performance. AND A FSQA Supervisor to support and strengthen food safety and quality systems at our Houston bakery. You will serves as the on-site authority for food safety and quality compliance, partnering closely with operations, sanitation, and corporate FSQA leadership to maintain audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and a strong food safety culture. Wow! Similar to recent fish, CBD and herbal vitamin studies, not to mention misleading country of origin claims in olive oil. Very valuable insight for manufacturers and retailers and how they think about sourcing controls, as you note, likely they have no idea and need to better manage upstream and/or update labels. Also hurts legitimate ingredient suppliers who are supplying from pure sources. Are you sharing data back with these brands so they can correct?

The last 16 years with Pharmavite have been some of the best years in my career and I thank everyone there especially Ray Gosselin my boss for the past 7 years. I have enjoyed a career that started when I transferred at Wherehouse Entertainment from managing a store to joining their IT department, thank you Jesse S, I really do appreciate the chance you gave me. And for the youngsters, Wherehouse sold records, tapes..., I had the chance to meet musicians, Sting was the best!! Go back stage, still love the band Icehouse, what a ride that was. Glenn, Ed, Bill, Nancy, Greg, Crystal and many more. From there stints with Citibank, Manns Theaters, a decade with Nestle, Independent consulting, 7 years with Earthlink, the Irvine company and doing the technology for The Resort at Pelican Hill, to a stint consulting Baxter Bioscience before joining what would be the last full time company with Pharmavite and the Otsuka family. I know this post is a little late but hey, after 42 years in IT I deserve a break and I have been busy enjoying working the land in the great state of Idaho!! However, the love of technology is hard to get out of the system so michael@MDKtechnologyadvisors.com is open for part time opportunities. My AI buddies and I are still enjoying the adventure!! Thank you to everyone over my career, there are so many but certain names jump out, Lisa, Ken, Ron, Bob, Kathy, Jon, Brittney... to name just a few and the fabulous and outstanding IT team at Pharmavite, love you all!! You made my career a joy!
