Is it known whether the recent attacks (see Ubuntu Infrastructure not responding, returning 503 or other errors) on the whole Ubuntu infrastructure (official Websites/snapcraft/Launchpad) cause any security risk in computers running Ubuntu?

Canonical members don't post here. This is not the right forum to request this information. That'd be on Discourse, to which there is already a post about the infra being down and me with my community council hat on calling for people to not speculate at this time. Given that this is a DDoS attack currently, I would assume there is no risk to Ubuntu computers because it's behaving more like just DoS not "breached data". This post currently is likely to attract speculation, not facts. So I'm also going to protect this post proactively. Commented 5 hours ago
