I have no speed options between 1/2000 & 1/3000 or between 1/3000 & 1/4000. I believe there should be at least two options. 1/2500 & 1/3200. How can I get these please? Tony

Your 7D Mark II's C.Fn1: exposure level increments is set to 1/2 EV, rather than the more common (default) setting of 1/3 EV. All you have to do is change this setting to 1/3.
Be aware, this setting also affects aperture, exposure compensation, flash exposure compensation, and auto exposure bracketing. Basically, everything except your ISO increments, which is controlled by the ISO speed setting increments just below it.
