Anne Muscarella shared thisI accepted a new job when I was 15 weeks pregnant with my second child. When I called my new boss, Alyene Schneidewind to tell her, I was NERVOUS. I will never forget her reply: 1. "Congratulations; being a mom is the greatest gift." 2. "Thank you for telling me; I know it’s not easy." 3. "We’ll make it work." That was it. No hesitation. No frustration. I started work immediately and did what I suspect a lot of women in my position would do: I dove in head first - determined to make an impact before I stepped away, and carrying immense guilt that I would be leaving just as I was getting started. Then my daughter arrived — early. My first instinct was to start messaging my team, making sure everything was covered and nothing was falling through the cracks. The message I got back was: "We’ve got you. Go enjoy. This can wait." And they meant it. So I did. For four months, I got the extraordinary gift of time — time to be fully present for a chapter that moves impossibly fast. As I return to LogicMonitor, I’m deeply grateful not just for a generous parental leave policy, but for the people who made it possible to actually take it. A leader who said, “We’ll make it work.” A team that said, “We’ve got you.” A culture that gave me permission to believe them. I’m coming back with a full heart, incredibly grateful, and excited for what’s ahead.

Anne Muscarella posted thisI joined Braintrust with zero experience in tech, marketplaces, or SaaS—and no idea how long I’d last. Six years later, I’m still here. And a lot has happened: 🧠 A global pandemic 💍 An engagement and marriage 👶 A kid 💰 A recession 🤖 An AI revolution 💥 A few existential crises (mostly mine) But more than anything: a ton of growth. I’ve learned how to build from scratch, how to scale (and when not to), and the necessity to pivot fast (or risk becoming obsolete - worse yet, ceasing to exist). I’ve also learned when to lean in, when to step back, and that no—you can’t have it all (at least not all at once). I’ve grown up here—personally and professionally. I’m proud of what we’ve built, and even more grateful for the people I’ve had the privilege of building it with along the way. Still learning. Still growing. Still here. 🚀

Anne Muscarella reacted on thisAnne Muscarella reacted on thisAfter almost 7 years, today is my last day at LogicMonitor. When I joined LM, I was completely new to the world of SaaS. Over the years, the company has evolved significantly and I’ve been fortunate to grow right alongside it. On a personal level, my time at LM has given me so many opportunities to learn, develop and take on new challenges. Three promotions, two award nominations, so many incredible projects and an opportunity to be the AI Champion for my team and region. From recruiting incredible talent to supporting our regional and global teams, to attending events alongside the GTM team and talking directly with customers at our booths about LogicMonitor - I got a chance to experience it all. That happens when you have great people around you and I was very lucky to have that during my time here! The APJ team will always hold a special place for me. It’s a team I’ve loved being part of, celebrating the wins, supporting each other, and getting to know so many brilliant people. And the same goes for my global Employee Success colleagues, many who I’ve worked with for years. I’ve made so many friendships along the way and will really miss working with you all daily. There are far too many people to capture in one post so to all of you that I have worked with over the years - thank you! I'm excited for what’s ahead, but very grateful for everything and everyone that has been part of my LM journey. 🫶
