AI-powered root cause. It's all postmortem thinking. The house is already on fire. The question I keep hearing from customers has changed. It used to be "how fast can you tell me what broke?" Now it's "can you tell me what will break before I make this change?" That's not detection. That's prediction. We have years of telemetry. Every deployment, every incident, every regression. Millions of data points correlating changes to outcomes. AI finally gives us the ability to use it. Not to write a better postmortem. To run a premortem. Aviation made this shift decades ago. Jet engines used to get fixed after they failed. Now predictive models flag degradation weeks out. Unscheduled removals dropped 40%. I know firsthand how far that first role can take you when the right structure and support are behind it. Last week in New York City, we celebrated the alumni of AHEAD Sales University and everyone who has helped build the program since its start in 2020. The current cohort heard directly from a panel of ASU alumni, sharing what the program made possible for their careers. What began as an informal talent search and on-the-job training has become a 24-month, three-level business development representative program with a structured curriculum and dedicated leadership. ASU is now a repeatable engine for developing talent. It gives hungry, capable people the opportunity to grow, the support to execute, and a clear path to revenue leadership at AHEAD. I am proud of every ASU graduate and current cohort member, and grateful to everyone who has helped build this program along the way. We are not waiting for the next generation of sellers. A lot has happened since then: → Community grew from 500 to 2,400+ members → MRR is up 60% → Launched our first Bootcamp with our first group of students → Instagram grew from 2K to 11K followers Leaving a great job to bet on yourself is never an easy decision. But seeing what we’ve been able to build in just 60 days has been pretty incredible. Still early. Still a lot to build. Excited to see where this goes.
