The Bloody, also known as the Red Eye or Blood Eye, appears as an enemy encountered in the Passage of the E dolons. It attacks in pairs or trios, and fights using Drain, Death, and Bloodfeast, but is otherwise not a difficult foe to defeat.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years[]
The Blood Eye returns as an enemy encountered in the overworld during the Lunarian's Tale as well as in the Challenge Dungeons for Kain, Edge, and the Lunarians, while one is fought as a boss during Porom's Tale at Mysidia. It is a moderately powerful foe, fighting as it did before.
