The Killer Fish (キラーフィッシュ, Kirāfisshu?), also known as the Ichthious or Ichthon, is a recurring creature in the Final Fantasy series, first appearing in Final Fantasy II. It is a generally weak enemy that attacks in large numbers.

The Killer Fish appears as an enemy encountered while sailing the seas before obtaining the Ultima Tome. It attacks in large groups, but is otherwise weak and falls easily to Lightning-elemental attacks.

Final Fantasy III[]

The Killer Fish appears as an enemy encountered on the inner sea on the Floating Continent. It is of no threat to the player.

Final Fantasy XII[]

The Ichthon appears as an enemy encountered in the Dalmasca Estersand, Garamsythe Waterway, and Giza Plains. It is often fought in pairs and will not attack the player unless attacked first. It primarily attacks using Lunge and Water Cannon.

Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light[]

The Ichthon appears as an enemy encountered at sea and inside Cetus and the Moonsand Ruins.
