The Red Marshmallow (レッドマシュマロ, Reddomashumaro?), also known as the Red Mousse, Jelly, or Gummy, is a recurring creature in the Final Fantasy series, first appearing in Final Fantasy II. It is sometimes associated with the fire element, unlike other flans which are typically weak against fire.

The Red Mousse returns as an enemy encountered in the Sealed Cave, Tower of Trials, Impact Crater, and Challenge Dungeon across various chapters. It is the same as in its previous incarnation.
Final Fantasy XIV[]
The Red Marshmallow appears as an enemy encountered during the guildhest Long Live the Queen. It can cast Sleep in a large area of effect, preventing party members from being able to dodge the Self-destructs of the many bombs that appear alongside it, necessitating its quick defeat.

The Red Mousse appears as a mini-boss encountered in Drake's Breath, and is the first flan encountered. It can cast Firaga.
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance[]

The Jelly appears as an enemy encountered in the Roda Volcano and Gotor Sands, as well as during the missions "Flan Breakout!" and "Sketchy Thief." It absorbs fire and can cast all three tiers of fire spells.
